Shipping Policy

We know many TERRE customers are ordering parts because equipment is down and time matters. Our goal is to ship quickly, communicate clearly, and make delivery expectations easy to understand.


Shipping at a Glance

  • Monday-Friday same-day shipping cutoff: 2:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday same-day shipping cutoff: 1:00 p.m. EST
  • Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday: typically ship Monday
  • Free 2-day shipping: available on eligible orders shipping to the lower 48 states
  • PO Boxes: not accepted

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal fulfillment hours. During peak season, eligible in-stock orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day.

Eligible in-stock orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after cutoff, on Saturday after 1:00 p.m. EST, on Sunday, or on holidays will typically ship the next business day.

Some items may require additional processing time. When that applies, it should be noted on the product page or communicated by our team.


Fulfillment Schedule

TERRE processes and fulfills orders during the following peak-season schedule:

  • Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

During peak season, eligible in-stock orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day.

Eligible in-stock orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday will typically ship on Monday.


Shipping Methods

TERRE ships using carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, and FedEx expedited service may also be available upon request.

If you have restrictions on which carriers can deliver to your home or place of business, please contact TERRE support before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.


Free 2-Day Shipping

TERRE offers free 2-day shipping on eligible orders shipping to the lower 48 United States.

Delivery timing may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather, seasonal volume, and item-specific handling requirements.

  • Applies to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States
  • Transit time begins after the order has shipped
  • Some oversized, restricted, or exception items may not qualify

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your order is fulfilled in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may take time to appear after label creation.


Address Requirements

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a valid physical street address at checkout.

Orders submitted with incomplete, undeliverable, or invalid shipping information may be delayed, held for review, or canceled if we cannot confirm the delivery address.


Shipping Exclusions and Exceptions

Free 2-day shipping and standard delivery promises may not apply to all destinations or products.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
  • International destinations
  • Oversized or freight-required items
  • Items with special handling or carrier restrictions

Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply in these situations.


Item Availability and Exceptions

Some items may require additional handling time and may be identified on the product page with longer processing expectations.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately. This can happen due to packaging requirements, inventory location, or carrier constraints.

When an order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking updates may be provided.


Important Shipping Notice

Delivery estimates are based on normal operating conditions and carrier performance. While we work hard to ship quickly and provide accurate timing, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our direct control.

Warehouse closures for holidays or special operating schedules may affect processing and shipment timing. Delivery promises may also vary for items marked with extended handling times.
